What is the appropriate procedure for traveling with my machine?
Never check your CPAP machine with your luggage. Declare your CPAP as a medical device to the airline and most will allow you to carry it on with you at no additional charge.
What is the best way to adjust my mask for a proper fit?
Always adjust the mask in a sleeping position to simulate normal usage of the mask. Once in a sleeping position adjust the mask to fit, but do not over tighten it. Over tightening will cause discomfort and create a leak with the mask seal. If you are unable to get a proper fit, please call us at the office for additional assistance.
My mask is leaking, what does this mean?

What type of water should I use in my humidifier?
Only distilled water should be used in the water chamber. Bottled water or water from a home purification system are not distilled and will cause damage to the machine and your water chamber.

How do I know what temperature setting to use with my humidifier?

Why is there water in my hose?
Water buildup in your hose can be due to a variety of reasons depending on your specific machine, the climate you are using your machine, or due to incorrect tubing/humidifier settings for your specific system.
